The summer months can bring a great atmosphere where families get together outside and enjoy each others company. The thing that helps bring families altogether when the weather is scorching and the mood is light, is a BBQ. The nice smell of barbequed food and everyone in the garden chatting and having a great time is what the summer months are all about.

The Features to Consider When Buying a BBQ
BBQ’s come in a wide variety of different shapes and sizes, and they also come with various different features too. They can come with a different cooking grill consisting of steel or thick iron rungs, but generally steel is harder to clean. Some BBQ’s come with a hood which allows you to slow cook the food. The hotplate allows more food to be cooked on it and some BBQ’s come with wheels, so it is important to make sure that they are sturdy enough. As well as different features, there are actually different types of BBQ’s too. These include:

It really is all down to personal circumstances and preferences as to what BBQ you actually choose for your garden. The two main BBQ’s are the charcoal one and also the gas one, but there does not seem to be much difference in taste between the two.
The gas BBQ is slightly faster than the charcoal one and it allows the user to adjust the temperature throughout the cooking without any messy ashes. However, a great choice for many reasons is the stainless steel BBQ. When using this, you reduce the chance of food borne viruses and also they look impressive too and they can range from £200 through to a massive £8000 for a really luxurious one.
